Hugh established Hadley Green in 2001,
He has an extensive career in finance and investment spanning over 30 years, with a focus on property.
Hugh has managed office, retail, industrial and residential property investment portfolios worth over $1 billion, for some of Australia’s largest investors, including AMP and Prudential.
He spent five years working in North America, where he was responsible for formulating property investment strategy for an $800 million superannuation fund property portfolio.
Hugh has also worked extensively in the area of listed and unlisted property market research holding senior roles with the Commonwealth Bank and Credit Suisse as a stock market analyst,
focusing on Australia’s listed property REIT sector.
He is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute and Fellow of the Securities Institute of Australia.
