Over the last decade, his focus has been on conceiving and delivering innovative strategies and solutions that sustainably grow income in order to successfully derisk and future-proof retail and mixed use assets. Peter has also been responsible for strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial outcomes and KPI metrics and has invaluable experience across private and public property sector assets involving geographically diverse regional portfolios. A CRE specialist with extensive experience in leasing, asset management, marketing, strategic planning, project feasibility assessments, acquisitions and divestments.
